Information

Set right in the middle of town but set back from the high street, so very quiet, surrounded by historic buildings is this first floor nautical themed apartment.   Just 30 meters from the waterfront and next to the Cornish bakers, there is so much to see and do on the doorstep.

This attractive, spacious apartment has been renovated to a high standard whilst retaining its charm through features such as the beautiful exposed stone wall and characterful Georgian sash windows.  Bosun's Call makes for a fabulous base from which a couple or group of four can enjoy the very best that Devon has to offer.

Kick back and relax on the sofa as you catch up with friends over a warm cup of coffee, or snuggle up as you delight in an entertaining movie on the impressive flat-screen Smart TV. Cross on over to the bight and airy, yet well-equipped kitchen and rustle up a hearty snack for all to enjoy at the dining table, whilst mapping out all of your upcoming adventures exploring the local beaches.

Escape the excitement of the rest of the group as you unwind with a long soak in the spacious bathtub in the bathroom, or retreat to the peaceful double bedroom with calming blue hues and bright white walls with interesting artwork. Finishing off the stunning interior of this first-floor apartment is an inviting twin bedroom which we can configure as a king size bed.

When you can just about manage to tear yourself away from this cheerful abode, be sure to head for the centre of Dartmouth where you can take a tour of the Dartmouth Museum and wander the well-kept lawns of the Royal Avenue Gardens. Explore the 16th century fortress of Bayard's Cove Fort or take a short walk to the imposing Dartmouth Castle to learn of the town's rich and exciting history. Sink your toes into the soft sandy shores of Sugary Cove Beach, before popping on your comfiest walking boots and embarking on a thrilling hike along the rugged cliff tops of the South West Coast Path. Those travelling with little ones will relish in a day out at Woodlands Family Theme Park or Go Ape Haldon, just a short drive away.

Nicknamed as the English Riviera, Paignton and Torquay boast unrivalled views of the English Channel and are filled with an abundance of attractions and exciting landmarks all waiting to be explored. The bustling town of Dartmouth rests proudly on the banks of the River Dart estuary, within the breath-taking South Ham District of Devon. Filled with well-stocked supermarkets, vibrant pubs and restaurants, and a number of charming cafés, this town has all you could possibly need for any self-catering stay.  There is regular live folk music in the elegant cocktail bars and lively bands often play in the character pubs.  Paignton and Torquay can be found within easy touring distance on the beautiful shores of the South West Coast Path, and further inland Totnes makes for an excellent day out.

Peaceful and tranquil but right in the middle of the bustling town, the location is perfect.
